Shipping, Handling & Reverse Logistics

• If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, transit damage, or an error on our end, we will arrange the replacement and bear the shipping cost.
• If a reverse pickup is approved for reasons not attributable to us, reverse logistics charges of Rs. 75/- may apply.
• Self-shipped returns are not accepted unless explicitly approved by our team.

Important Hygiene & Safety Notice

All our body butters are crafted with skin safety and hygiene in mind. Once opened or used, products cannot be returned or resold, even if unused quantities remain. This policy is in place to protect all customers and maintain product integrity.
